    On June 10, 2019, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph Richard Whitehead, age 23, of Kahoka, Missouri, following an investigation of a burglary.  Whitehead was arrested and later charged with burglary a class D felony and stealing a class A misdemeanor.
