Ruby was employed by the Exchange Bank of Kahoka for many years and also was Secretary for St. Michael’s Parish until retiring.

She was a faithful member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Kahoka, a member of the Altar Society and the Daughters of Isabella.  In addition, she was a member of the Tuesday Club.  She was active in the community and supported the many benefits and fund raisers with her dear group of close friends and family.

Ruby loved people, she loved going places, working in her flowers and sitting outside each evening enjoying visits with neighbors.

Second only to her love for her Lord was her love for family, especially her grandkids and great grandkids and attending their activities.

She was a very, very, proud mother and grandmother.  She also loved being with her large, extended family.

Private graveside services were held on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at the Kahoka Cemetery with Father Rob Fields officiating.  A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.

Memorials in lieu of flowers are suggested to the Clark County Nursing Home Activity Fund or Northeast Missouri Hospice.
