CANINE THEFTS REPORTED IN LEWIS COUNTY

  HAVE YOU SEEN GUNNER?

  In a press release from the LCSO dated June 26, 2019, the Lewis County Sheriff's Office is investigating two thefts involving canines.  Approximately two weeks ago two Beagle mix dogs were taken from a residence in Monticello, Missouri.  The animals were recovered in La Belle, Missouri two days later.

  On June 23rd, a Golden Retriever was stolen from a residence in Lewistown, Missouri.  The Golden Retriever, named Gunner, is 3 years of age.  Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office.
