Luray Man Arrested On Felony Drug Charges

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Justin Garren Louck age 32 of Luray, Clark County, Missouri. Louck was arrested on two (2) felonies they are possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine), and possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) in a county jail. Louck also had an active warrant out of Scotland County, Missouri.

On March 8, 2018, at approximately 1854 hours, Deputies with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office arrested Justin Garren Louck following a traffic stop near Alexandria Missouri. Louck had an active warrant out of Scotland County, Missouri. Louck was later found to be in possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) while being booked into the Clark County Sheriff’s Office Detection Center.

Louck is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $35,000.00 cash only bond.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
