Search In Kahoka Turns Up Drugs

The Clark County Sheriff's Office reports the arrest of Louie Willis McCluskey age 52 of Kahoka, Clark County, Missouri. McCluskey was arrested for: possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana (Methamphetamine), possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

On February 27, 2018, at approximately 2028 hours, the Clark County Sheriff's Office assisted by members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol and Kahoka Police Department conducted a consent search of McCluskey's residence located at East Gate Court apartment #30 in Kahoka, Missouri.

While searching McCluskey's residence several illegal items were located. McCluskey was arrested for: possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams of marijuana (Methamphetamine), possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Louie Willis McCluskey was transported to the Clark County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Clark County Detention Center. McCluskey is currently being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $35,000.00 cash only bond.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
