Recent Arrests

Michelle Schrage, 28, of Edina was arrested by the Edina Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at approximately 1:52 a.m. in Edina for driving while intoxicated, assault 3rd degree on a police officer, resisting arrest/detention by fleeing creating substantial risk of serious physical injury or death to any person. She was taken to the Clark County Jail on a $10,000 cash only bond.

William Stefl, 39, of Edina was arrested by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office and Edina Police Department on Friday, February 16, 2018 at approximately 4:30 p.m. at the Sheriff’s Office on a Randolph County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while revoked. Stefl was held in Knox County and extradited to the Randolph County Jail on a Randolph County warrant.

Jeremy Goodson, 40, of LaBelle was arrested on Monday, February 19, 2018 at approximately 9:19 p.m. in Memphis by the Scotland County Sheriff’s Office on a Knox County warrant for possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, possession of marijuana 10 grams or less (prior offender), possession of drug paraphernalia. Goodson was taken to the Clark County Jail and later transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Arthur Leavitt, 29, of Kirksville was arrested on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at approximately 3:30 p.m. in Edina by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office on an Adair County Warrant for passing a back check. He was taken to the Adair County Jail.

Lottie Hubbard, 22, of Edina was arrested on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at approximately 3:20 p.m. at the Knox County Sheriff’s Office for a Knox County warrant for failure to appear in court, pay fines and court costs. Hubbard turned herself in, bond was posted and she was released.

Shawn W. Watts, 40, of Kirksville was arrested on Friday, February 23, 2018 at approximately 6:11 p.m. in Kirksville by the Kirksville Police Department for a Knox County warrant for failing to appear in court on charges of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Watts is currently in the Clark County Jail. Watts is being held at the Clark County Jail on a $1,000 cash only bond.

Emily Yeary, 20, of Summerset, SD, was detained on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at approximately 9:16 p.m. in Kirksville by the Kirksville Police Department. She was arrested by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office for possession of child pornography 1st offense. Yeary is being held at the Clark County Jail on a $10,000 cash only bond.

Ethan Shahan 27, of Edina was arrested on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at approximately 12:50 a.m. by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was cited and released.

Britney Mason, 24, of Clarence was arrested on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at approximately 7:16 p.m. in Edina by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office for a Knox County warrant for failing to appear in court on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. She is being held at the Clark County Jail on a $500 cash only bond.

Anita Woodburn, 53, of Birchtree was arrested on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 by the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office on a Knox County warrant for failing to appear in court on a building code violation charge. Woodburn paid $2,500 to bond out of jail.

Keith Murphy, 29, of Hurdland was arrested on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in Hurdland by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office on an Adair County warrant for failing to appear in court. He was taken to the Adair County Jail.

Amanda Canaday, 33, of Knox City was arrested on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at approximately 3:30 p.m. in Edina for five separate Knox County warrants. Three warrants were issued for failing to appear in court on charges including one operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a valid license, two failure to register a motor vehicle, two failure to maintain financial responsibility, two possession of plates of another. Two warrants were issued for failing to appear in court on charges including three possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana, one possession of marijuana 10 grams or less, and one possession of drug paraphernalia. Canaday was also cited for driving while revoked at the time of the arrest and issued a summons to appear in court.
