 State of Missouri Endangered SILVER Advisory

 

The Clark County Sheriff's Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred in Memphis, MO at 9:15 am todays date.

The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is:

Collins-Brown, Phyllis J, a white female, age 77, height 5-03, 228 lbs, grey hair, green eyes. 

Diagnosed Medical Condition(s):  Suffers from Diabetes

 Vehicle Information:

Gray 2003 Dodge Caravan bearing MN2M8W, MO last seen Memphis, Mo

Brief circumstances regarding the Endangered Silver Person incident 

 Subject was last contacted at the food pantry in Memphis, MO and was supposed to be back en route to her residence in Wyaconda. Subject has not been heard from since and is without necessary medication, and could be confused about her location.  

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Clark County Sheriff's Department at 660-727-2915.
