Clark Co. Sheriff Reports Arrests

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests:

Joshua McKannan, age 23, of Alexandria, MO, was arrested on June 19, 2016 at 2:06 am by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for DWI-Alcohol. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Oscar Zambrando, age 25, of Chelsea, IA, was arrested on June 19, 2016 at 10:11 am by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Operate Motor Vehicle On Highway Without A Valid License-1st and Exceeded Posted Speed Limit. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Clarence Williford, age 25, of Monroe City, MO, was arrested on June 19, 2016 at 2:00 pm by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Possession Of Up To 35 Grams of Marijuana, Unlawful Use Of Drug Paraphernalia, As Owner Or Operate Authorized Another To Operate Motor Vehicle W/O Maintain Financial Responsibility, As Driver Failure To Wear Properly Adjusted Safety Belt and Exceed Posted Speed Limit. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Ashley O’Day, age 28, of Luray, MO, was arrested on June 19, 2016 at 11:37 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office with Warrant issued for Burglary-2ndand Stealing Controlled Substance. She was released on personal recognizance to appear at a later court date.

Anthony Kalinauskas, of Canton, MO, was arrested on June 20, 2016 at 5:51 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office for Operate Motor Vehicle On Highway Without A Valid License-1st and Failure To Register Motor Vehicle/Trailer Annually With Director Of Revenue. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Exodus Bargblor, age 20, of Bowling Green, KY, was arrested on June 20, 2016 at 6:43 pm by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for Operate Motor Vehicle On Highway Without A Valid License-1st. He was released on summons to appear at a later court date.

Jonathan Forquer, age 30, of Keokuk, IA, was arrested on June 22, 2016 at 2:17 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a FTA Warrant for Possession Of Controlled Substance Expect 35 Grams Or Less Of Marijuana and Unlawful Use Of Drug Paraphernalia. He is being held on a $35,000 cash only bond.

Joe Couch, age 53, of Kahoka, MO, was arrested on June 22, 2016 at 2:36 pm by the Kahoka Police Department on a Warrant for (6) Counts for Distribute/Deliver/Manufacture/Produce Or Attempt To Or Possess W/Intent To Distribute/Deliver/Manufacture/Produce A Controlled Substance. He is being held on a $50,000 cash only bond.

Garrett Heck, age 55, of Memphis, MO, was arrested on June 23, 2016 at 3:06 pm by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a FTA Warrant for Failure To Wear Seat Belt. He posted a cash bond and was given a later court date to appear at.

Julie Stumbaugh, age 37, of Carthage, IL, was arrested on June 23, 2016 at 11:11 am by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on a Warrant for Operate Motor Vehicle In A Careless And Imprudent Manner Involving Accident, As Owner Or Operate Authorized Another To Operate Motor Vehicle W/O Maintain Financial Responsibility and Driver Fail To Secure Child Less Than 8 Years Old In Child Restraint Or Booster Seat. She posted a $500 cash bond and was given a later court date to appear.

Deacon Egley, age 30, of Kahoka, MO, was arrested on June 24, 2016 at 3:56 pm by the Kahoka Police Department on a FTA Warrant for Driving While Revoked/Suspended-1st Offense. He is being held on a $1,000 cash only bond.

Veronica Young, age 42, of Kahoka, MO, was arrested on June 24, 2016 at 7:48 pm by the Kahoka Police Department with Warrant issued for Arson-2nd Degree. She is being held on a $50,000 cash bond.handcuffs

Heather Lefler age 36 of Keokuk IA was arrested on June 25, 2016 at 1:19 am by the Missouri State Highway for Operate Motor Vehicle On Highway Without A Valid License-1st and Operate Motor Vehicle Without Financial Responsibility. She was released on summons to appear at a later court date.
