Lester Wayne Reiman

 Lester Wayne Reiman, 61, formerly of Canton, Mo. and Oakville Iowa, died Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2008, at the Sycamore Health Care Center in Quincy, Ill.

Mr. Reiman was born in Oakville, the son of Sam and Edith Leona Tisor Hayden Reiman, on June 13, 1947.

He married Roxie Boyer. He later married Ray Lynn Blouguette. On June 27, 1986, he married Jane Schaer in Burlington.
He had been a member of the Oakville Church of God Holiness and had attended the Apostolic Christian Church in Oakville and Taylor, Mo.

He worked as a farmhand and as a grave digger. He had worked for the Levy District after the flood of 1993 in the Oakville area and had also done lawn care including mowing at cemeteries.

He is survived by his wife, Jane of Canton; five daughters, Edith Reiman of Springfield, Ill., Melissa Reiman at home in Canton, Beth Ann Davis and her husband, David, of Kahoka, Mo, Rebecca Reiman of Columbus Junction, and Tammy Jo Newman of Minnesota; two sisters, Betty McManus of New Boston, Ill. and Mary Lou Miller of Fla.; along with several grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Donna Robertson, Patty Reiman, and Ruth Railey; and four brothers, Danny Reiman, Benny “Dutch” Reiman, Kenneth Hayden, and Jim Hayden.
Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21, Edwards Cemetery at Oakville. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21, 2008, Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello, prayer will be at 10:50. a.m.

The ministers of the Apostolic Christian Church of Taylor and Oakville will officiate the service. The family and friends will gather for a lunch and fellowship at the Oakville Apostolic Christian Church following the graveside service.
