It’s official. Clark County Prosecutor John Moon, who served eight terms as Associate Circuit Judge before becoming Prosecutor, has withdrawn from the race. Clark County’s Presiding Commissioner primary race saw Republican challenger Buddy Kattelmann unseat Republican Ron Brewer as Presiding Commissioner. Kattelman does not have a Democrat opponent in the November general election. Kattelman received 748 votes, while Brewer got 531.
