NEMOnews.net Agrees To Remove Documents From Website In Murder Case Against Glenn Head of Rural Knox County

Motions documents have recently been filed in State of Missouri vs. Glenn Head, Case Number 13CK-CR00286, which is scheduled for a Jury Trial in Clark County on November 12-15, 2013. Head is facing one charge of murder in the second degree and one felony count of armed criminal action for the alleged murder of his neighbor William “Bill” Bacon.

The publishers of this site have been asked to remove the documents by the court and have agreed to remove them for the time being.

According to the Clark County Circuit Clerk Kay Biggerstaff, on Monday, November 4, 2013, Judge Gary Dial ordered the case to be sealed. Documents filed in the case are now closed to the public. It is not known when the case file will be reopened.
