Clark County’s new courthouse is nearing completion, and county offices should move in next month.
“We hope to be in sometime in September,” said Presiding Commissioner Ron Brewer.
“We’re getting close now. They’re doing finishing touches, which takes time,” Brewer said.
Last week, the new driveway was poured.
“We’ve received some new furnishing, and put them in storage,” Brewer added.
A dedication date has been set for Wednesday, October 3, at 1:30pm.
“We hope to have a big crowd and a nice day,” said Eastern Commissioner Jerry Neyens.
“We hope to have a good group of dignitaries attend,” added Brewer. “It’s a moment in history, and a new page for our county.
