Terri Jeanne Flynn, age 51, of Kirksville, Missouri, died Tuesday, March 2, 2010, in St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri.
She was born July 24, 1958, at Kirksville, Missouri, the daughter of William and Mabel Viola House Hettinger.
She was united in marriage to Jack Flynn and to this union one son was born, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Surviving are one brother Richard Hettinger and wife Ruth of Philadelphia, Missouri who raised Terri, and one sister, Tammi Kettenbach and husband Don of Jerseyville, Illinois, two nephews and one niece who were considered her siblings, Russell Hettinger and wife Teresa of Philadelphia, Missouri, Richelle Behring and husband Gale of Hunnewell, Missouri and Randell Hettinger currently stationed in Kuwait, and twelve great nieces and nephews.
Terri was raised in the Philadelphia, Missouri area where she received her education graduating from Marion County RII High School. Most of her life was spent in the Philadelphia and Kirksville area. She was a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Kirksville, Missouri. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Memorial services were held 11 am Saturday, March 6, 2010, at the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina, Missouri. Reverend Larry Gibson officiated the services. Music was provided by Aaron Yelton. Terri will be cremated and burial will be at a later date.
