 Meth Lab Discovered at Domestic Disturbance

The Clark County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests on February 2, 2009. Dean Allen Hageman, date of birth April 2, 1963 of RR #3 Kahoka, Mo and Karen Marie Theis, also of RR #3 Kahoka, MO.

Hageman and Theis were arrested during a joint investigation between the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Officers discovered and seized a methamphetamine laboratory during the investigation of a domestic disturbance.

Hageman and Theis were charged with attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, use or possess drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine.) They are both being held at the Clark County Detention Center on a $100,000 cash only bond.
