Wenger Pleads Not Guilty

Marlin “Sparky” Wenger, 36, of Edina, MO waived formal arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty to charges of Statutory Sodomy in the Second Degree in Knox County Circuit Court October 14, 2008.
Wenger is alleged to have had deviate sexual intercourse with a minor at his home in Edina on September 28, 2008.
A preliminary hearing has been set for November 21, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. in Edina. Wenger appeared in person and by Attorney Andrew Farwell, Farwell Law Firm, LLC, Kirksville, MO.
